For other than warranty claims, if you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, you may return it for a refund within 21 days of purchase. A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged for all returned merchandise. Shipping fees are non refundable.

The Buyer is responsible to fully understand the capability and limitations of his/her vehicle according to manufacturer specifications and agrees to hold TDC (hereinafter referred to as the SELLER) harmless from any personal injury or property damage resulting from failure to adhere to such specifications or from the direct/indirect use of our product.

The BUYER acknowledges that he/she has purchased a high performance product and is not relying on the SELLER’s expertise or judgment to select or furnish goods suitable for any particular purpose.

The BUYER is responsible to observe and obey all applicable federal, state, and local laws, statutes, and ordinances concerning the operation of his/her vehicle (to include the use of this product where prohibited), and the BUYER agrees to hold the SELLER harmless from any violation thereof.

The SELLER assumes no liability regarding the improper installation or misapplication of its products. It is the installer's responsibility to check for proper installation and if in doubt, contact the SELLER.

THE INSTALLATION OF THIS PRODUCT INDICATES THAT THE BUYER ACCEPTS THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

3-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Within three (3) years from the date of purchase, TDC will repair or replace, at no charge, the original product purchased, with the exceptions below: 

>  Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the original PowerBox
>  This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship
>  This warranty does not cover physical damage caused to the unit
>  This warranty is void if:
    a) the "warranty" seal has been broken, tampered with, or removed from the PowerBox; or
    b) the connections have been modified in any way
>  Before returning any damaged product(s), contact us
>  Purchaser must pay all shipping charges
>  This warranty gives you specific legal right, any you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state
